Before You Order:

  • I do NOT replace mail that is lost due to you putting in an incorrect address, so PLEASE triple check that it is correct. If it's returned to me it will only be reshipped if you repay for shipping.

What you should read/know before ordering!

Where are you based?

All orders are packed with love from Raleigh, NC (USA) :)

When will my order be mailed?

As of writing this, your order will be shipped within two weeks of the day your order is placed (UNLESS the order contains a pre-order item. If so, see below)

I go to the post office every Saturday, but I ship smaller mail pieces in my personal mail box every few days (when they fit)

PREORDERS:
This does NOT count pre-orders which will have an ETA on a case by case basis. If your order includes a pre-order item the ENTIRE order will ship together, based on whatever the LATEST ETA on any of the products are.


Pre-orders are given an ESTIMATED time of arrival to you, that you can find in the title of the product in the order confirmation if you forget. Since it's only an ESTIMATE, pre-order orders may ship earlier, or later, and since it depends on when the items reach ME from my manufacturer, it's not something I can control.


Pre-orders also have a status you can check in the front page announcements area to know what stage the items are in, if I have received them yet and begun shipping

I can’t find an order confirmation/shipment/etc. email?

Check your spam folder! For whatever reason a lot of times that’s where they’ll end up :)

If you use Gmail, it also might be in your promotions tab. I've noticed if you use an Apple generated email it's more likely to have issues so I recommend using a real email address to checkout with!

If you still can't find it shoot me an email (woolblossoms@gmail.com) because it's possible you accidentally input the wrong email, or something else happened!

Can I change my address?

I can change your address so long as the order has NOT been shipped yet. If it hasn't, you can email me the correct address (woolblossoms@gmail.com) and I'll change it.

If you order HAS been mailed then unfortunately it cannot be changed. It will sometimes be returned back to me in the case that the address was wrong, and you'll have to re-pay for shipping for it to be resent. If it never does get returned to me, we can put in an insurance claim on the package to either re-mail it or refund you, if it is accepted

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately at this time I can only accept order cancellations if it's within 24 hours of your order being placed AND I have not shipped it, as sometimes orders do get shipped out same day they are placed.

If so, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I combine two orders?

Ideally no, as it's more confusing on my end and it leads to the shipping insurance being less covered- if you'd like to add any items to one existing order please just shoot me a DM as I can do that vs placing a separate one! See the FAQ question below this one :)

If both orders are already placed and it's the first time you've asked, I can try to make a note to combine them on my end so please email me at woolblossoms@gmail.com ~

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Removing items falls under the cancellation policy which you can read above- only within 24 hours AND if not shipped. Please double check when looking at your cart and checking out that the items and their quantities are correct

Adding items I can and would be happy to do! Just send me an email at woolblossoms@gmail.com with your order number and screenshot/s of the items you'd like to add!

Once I add the items, you'll get an email invoice to pay the new difference (if your order had a discount, it will also apply to the new items)

Will you make a TikTok/Instagram video packing my order?

You’re welcome to ask of course but don't get your hopes too high!

I already spend a lot of time each day packing orders and taking the time to film and edit order packing videos makes the process even longer and I often get more requests than I could do most times-

You can definitely let me know that you'd like me to so I'm aware that's what you want! In general it’s easier when I can record orders I find especially interesting and can talk about, so honestly if you leave a nice or interesting note at check out with your request it ups your chances more than anything! :3

How do I order if I'm from the UK?

People in the UK currently can't order from this version of the shop due to the newest VAT laws!

Instead: Check and see if the items you want are currently on on my Etsy!

If there are items not on there but on my shop here that you'd like, create a cart of whatever you'd like and DM me screenshots! I'll create an Etsy listing for you with the total because they handle VAT for me, and you can add any pre-existing items on my Etsy when you check out :)

Shipping for ANY orders placed will cost 15$ USD (the minimum cost for me to buy a shipping label for the UK)

Which monthly freebie sticker/thank you card will I get with my order?

The freebies are based on exactly the day and time you order EST. So if you order at all within December (even 12/31 at 11:59 PM EST) you'd in theory get whatever the sticker/print for December is.

This is also true for any orders that have pre-order items in them and would ship later- I go based on the date ordered, not fulfilled.

I do my best to order enough each month however thank you cards I'm more likely to round out of due to them being more expensive to stock, so it's harder for me to guarantee an excess of.

I try to follow the same idea as above with the stickers, but if I'm out of a design at the end of the month I try to substitute with whatever extra freebie print designs that I have :)

Can I request a different freebie set?

Yes! Especially if you've already ordered in that month :)

For the prints, you can let me pick a different past design at random, or you can let me know the ones you don't have/would like- just keep in mind I may or may not have extra of those

For stickers, since they're normal stickers, I can give you one of the lucky bag/b-grade stickers instead! Those are all small quantities and change over time so you probably can't request a specific one, but you can let me know the themes/subjects you'd like and I'll see what I can do!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your overall shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that I've received your order!

Once your order is packed, you will receive another email notification with your tracking information.

Orders will be mailed within or UP TO 2 weeks after its placed, unless we email/discuss otherwise OR there's a pre-order item within

Do you ship internationally/to (insert country here)?

Yes! I'm based in the US and I do ship internationally.

I ship most places- including Australia since that gets asked specifically a lot.

Here is a list of places I currently don’t accept orders from: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Germany, Israel, Lao People's Dem Rep, Libya, Mongolia, Russian Federation, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen

This is not a set in stone and exhaustive list as the global laws and environments change frequently, so keep that in mind!

UK folks also can only order through my Etsy- check the FAQ question about that for more info :)

Can you ship part of my order separately/at a different time?

I'd prefer if you don't place an order with that in mind (placing two different ones if you'd like them at different times, etc.) would be more ideal, however if something happens, you want non pre-order items now vs waiting, etc. I can!

Splitting your order up will mean, of course, shipping it more than once, so for each ADDITIONAL shipment you will have to cover the cost of that shipping label, even if the original order had free shipping!

My order has shipped but when will it get here/where is my order?

Shipping times will vary based on the time of year, weather conditions, as well as your location!

Within the US: About 1-2 weeks normally, but could take up to 8 weeks due to circumstances like holiday season, weather, understaffing, etc.

Outside of the US: Up to 4 weeks normally, but could take up to 12 weeks due to circumstances like holiday season, weather, understaffing, etc.

As for where it is once shipped, a shipping confirmation order will have been sent to whatever email you entered when placing your order with the tracking info!

Once it's mailed, I have as much info as you do which is whatever the tracking says :)

What if something goes wrong and my order never arrives/is stolen/is damaged/is incorrect?

Once the product is sent, what happens to it en route is fully out of my control and in the hands of USPS/the postal services- the next steps will depend on the specific circumstances, but I do insure every tracked package! (The only exception being the international shipping option without insurance for a lower cost- if the package is lost under that option, that is a risk you accept when choosing it!) BUT you have 100 days from the ship date to contact me if it doesn’t arrive before the insurance expires! If you wait that long to contact me I will NOT be able to offer a refund or replacement.

If you DON'T have your order and the tracking says "USPS awaiting item" that just means your label has been printed/order packed and it hasn't been received by USPS yet! This should update once they receive it- though if it's been 2.5 weeks since your order was placed and it still says this, please let me know!

It's also possible that USPS received it, and isn't scanning it for whatever reason, which does happen sometimes, especially during the holidays. I would recommend keeping an eye on the tracking because it could be scanned later down the line- but it also might show up having not been scanned at all (this is rare but it does happen!)

If you DON'T have your order and the tracking seems to be stuck/not updating- send me a message and we can discuss next steps/keep an eye on it! If it hasn't been very long it might update again, but if it's been a bit, I'll often file a missing mail form to USPS which sometimes makes it move again or get relocated. If that doesn't work and it seems like it won't move again, we can place an insurance claim!

If you DON'T have your order but the tracking says it was delivered:

  • Sometimes the postal worker will mark it as delivered a day or two before it should be! Keep an eye out, and it will likely turn up in a day or two
  • It's also possible they delivered it in a strange place, it might be unlikely but it still wouldn't hurt to check any place you've had mail show up before, or that they could fit it (mailbox, front door, driveway, back porch, etc.) 
  • Double check with your neighbors or anyone else who lives with you to ensure they did not get it, like a parent or room mate.
  • If a few days pass and you still don't have it, go to your local post office! If it wasn't delivered, it's could be in their possession and they would know the most in general.
  • If you think it may have been stolen, it may be beneficial to file a police report- especially if your order total was high
  • If your local branch is unable to help you, contact me ASAP (please do not wait) and if applicable, we can proceed with an insurance claim- contact me at Woolblossoms@gmail.com and we'll go from there :)

If you have your order and it arrived damaged- please email me at Woolblossoms@gmail.com ! The insurance should cover this situation and if accepted any damaged items can be re-mailed

If you have your order and any items were missing or incorrect- please email me at Woolblossoms@gmail.com ! I try my best to ensure all orders are packed correctly but I do make mistakes sometimes! In your email please include the order number and a photo of the items you did receive and I will work with you to send the correct items!

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Returns are currently not offered for any reason. For that reason, make sure you like a product before you go through with your order, as well as make sure it is the RIGHT product and correct quantity.

Shop Site & Products

What are Petals/Rewards?

They’re just a fun way to reward you when you spend money here! If you hit the pink present at the bottom right corner of the screen there’s more info :)

If you’re LOGGED IN and place an order you get petals! You get 5 petals for every 1$ you spend. Every 100 petals you earn gets you a 1$ off discount code, that you can save up and redeem!

(Essentially you can get a 1$ back for every 20$ you spend! If you were to spend 100$ you’d get 5$ off, etc.)

This is through a third party app- it's not something I made/fully control myself! I'll try to troubleshoot any issues with you and answer any specific questions I can should they come up, but I may not know everything! :3

Are your stickers water resistant/waterproof?

All the info you need on a product will be in the product description of each listing! Always double check there to be certain but yes all of the stickers I currently make are one step up being weatherproof :)

Will/ When will ___ be restocked?

If something will be restocked, times will vary! Stickers, sticker sheets, and prints will be restocked much faster.

I mostly go on what is popular- if an item super underperforms I likely will not restock it. If it's out of stock but still listed on site there is a chance it'll be restocked! If you can't find it at all, then it won't be :)

Do you have any sales or discount codes?

Certain items that are older or overstocked will have discounts applied to them individually and can be found in the "discount/last chance" section at the top menu bar!

I tend to run a big sale about 4x a year, or once every 4 months :) I run smaller flash sales throughout the year as well!

Patrons in any tier 5$ and above get a discount code each month! The amount varies per tier but goes up to 25%

Orders over 10$ USD (domestic), over 45$ USD (to Canada/Mexico), over 80$ USD (anywhere else) can get free tracked shipping automatically at check out!

You can sign up for rewards for ordering via the pink present at the bottom right screen- see the first question in this section for info!

Where/what is the secret shop?

You can find it at the top menu navigation under "secret shop"!

The secret shop is a collection of products that are available to people currently pledged to my Patreon (3$+)! These items are the past year's leftover Patreon rewards, any new items before the shop update drops, as well as some left over fan art items :)

Is Woolblossom environmentally friendly?

I try my best to practice the best sustainability practices that I can as a small business, but I definitely am not perfect! As environmentally friendly packaging supplies are more expensive than the alternative- as my business grows the more I'm able to do! :) Here are my current practices:

I avoid single-use plastics where at all possible! I do not individually contain my stickers, enamel pins, etc. in plastic packaging. Any plastic packaging you might come across is plastic that -I- receive the product in, and I leave it on so that it gets a 2nd use to protect the item on its way to you! (things like coin purses, buttons, etc.)

I also avoid adding extra things to the packing process for ~aesthetic~ reasons, that people will likely toss. Things like the little plastic or paper wormies/stars, twine, etc. I opt to not use. 

I do use glassine bags to put items in for transport, but I try to keep everything within a single one rather than using several for each order unless needed. Glassine has its own pros and cons, but I find it better than plastic bags and this is what I have to use for now!

I try to buy products within the US where it's possible, but many things are simply not possible to be made within the US at all. My sticker sheets, notebooks, notepads, prints, and patches all come from within the US!

I have different packaging methods depending on the items, but a lot of them are eco friendly to some extent! The envelopes are paper, rigid mailers and any boxes cardboard- so all recyclable and in some cases reusable.

Where do you outsource ____/ get your ____ made?
  • To preface, there are a lot of reasons an artist may not share their manu, and I don't share all of mine! They are proprietary business secrets due to the amount of time and money it can take to find a good manu. On top of a decrease in quality when more people use them, as well as not wanting to feel responsible for someone's possible bad experience- so please respect that! That being SAID, here's what I'll share!

What do you use to draw?

Currently I use a 12.9 inch iPad pro (2nd gen apple pencil), and Procreate!

What Procreate brushes do you use?

My main brushes change over time but as of right now and any new art I use the Procreate Script brush! I believe it's a default but I have edited it a bit to suit my needs

Do you take commissions?

Sometimes! When they're open, my commission info is on my Ko-fi 

Can I get a tattoo of your art?

If you’d like to, sure! I only ask that you buy a tattoo ticket from my ko-fi shop or here in the digital products collection in order to do so, for its use! :)

Keep in mind the art your tattoo artist is able to replicate, as well is if the particular design will work as a tattoo before committing though! :3

Also please be respectful with the designs if you do so! Ie. Don’t alter them to be NSFW, hateful, etc.

Can I use your art as an icon?

Sure! Please DON'T use: commissions, my logo, or and art of myself. 

Just credit me somewhere on the platform you're using it!

Where did you go to school?

I graduated from high school in 2018 from Eastern Alamance HS!

For college, I graduated from Ball State University in 2022 with a BFA in art + concentration in animation
